在互联网迅速发展的环境中,网络社会治理已经成为世界各国政府面临的新问题和新挑战。目前加强网络社会管理、提高公共管理水平已经成为我国各级政府的共识。网络社会治理这一议题也被学界所重视,近年来取得了一定的研究成果。本文从网络社会治理的概念、治理模式、实践应用等视角出发梳理国内外相关文献,并对其进行评述。 In the rapidly developing Internet environment, the social governance of the Internet has become a new problem and a new challenge that governments of all countries in the world are facing. At present, strengthening social management of the Internet and raising the level of public administration have become the consensus of all levels of government in our country. The issue of online social governance has also been taken seriously by the academic circles, and some achievements have been made in recent years. This article reviews the relevant literature both at home and abroad from the perspectives of the concept of social management of the network, governance model, practical application and so on.
