试验旨在研究日粮中添加苦玄参提取物对广西麻鸡血清生化指标及免疫功能的影响。选用1日龄广西麻鸡500羽,随机分为5组(A、B、C、D、E组),每组设5个重复,每个重复20羽。其中A、B、C组为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加0.70%,0.35%和0.175%的苦玄参提取物;D组为阳性药物对照组,在基础日粮中添加0.01%硫酸黏菌素预混料;E组为空白对照组,饲喂基础日粮,预试期3d,正试期49d。于21、35和49日龄时分别从每组抽取10羽试验鸡进行心脏采血,测定血清生理生化及免疫指标。结果显示:与E组相比,日粮添加苦玄参提取物对鸡的血清TP、GLU含量无显著影响(P>0.05);但21和35日龄时,A、B、C组的TBILI含量均极显著或显著低于E组(P<0.01;P<0.05);35日龄时,A、B、C组的血清AKP活性均极显著高于E组(P<0.01),C组的GOT活性在21和35日龄时显著高于E组(P<0.05);49日龄时,A、B、C组的IgG和B、C组IL-2含量均显著或极显著低于E组(P<0.05;P<0.01),B组T-AOC显著高于E组(P<0.05),A、B、C组血清GSH含量均显著高于E组(P<0.05)。由此可知,日粮中添加的苦玄参提取物显著降低了广西麻鸡的血清TBILI含量,并在一定程度上降低了IgG、IL-2和IL-6含量,提高了AKP和GOT活性及T-AOC和GSH含量。综合考虑,以0.35%的添加量效果最好。
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of bitter figwort extract on serum biochemical parameters and immune function in Guangxi chicken. One-day-old Guangxi chicken was selected and randomly divided into 5 groups (A, B, C, D and E). Five replicates were set in each group. Group A, B and C were the experimental groups, which were respectively added 0.70%, 0.35% and 0.175% bitter figwort extract to the basic diet; group D was the positive drug control group, 0.01% sulfuric acid Colistin premix; E group as blank control group, fed basal diet, pre-test period 3d, positive test 49d. At 21, 35 and 49 days of age, 10 experimental chickens were drawn from each group for cardiac blood sampling, and the serum physiological, biochemical and immune indexes were measured. The results showed that compared with group E, bitter figwort extract had no significant effect on serum TP and GLU content in chickens (P> 0.05); however, TBILI in groups A, B and C at 21 and 35 days (P <0.01; P <0.05). At 35 days of age, the serum AKP activities in groups A, B and C were significantly higher than those in group E (P <0.01), while those in group C (P <0.05). At 49 days of age, the levels of IL-2 in IgG, B and C groups were significantly or extremely significantly lower than those in groups A, B and C (P <0.05; P <0.01). The T-AOC in group B was significantly higher than that in group E (P <0.05). The serum GSH levels in group A, B and C were significantly higher than those in group E (P <0.05). It can be seen that the bitter figwort extract added to the diet significantly reduced the content of serum TBILI in Guangxi chicken and reduced the levels of IgG, IL-2 and IL-6 to a certain extent, increased the activity of AKP and GOT and T-AOC and GSH content. Taken together, to 0.35% of the best addition.
