记者:电子商务在中国还是新生事物,处在发展阶段,您认为我们应如何来看待中国的电子商务? 邓一辉:电子商务究竟是什么?抽象电子商务的本质就是“需求与服务的电子匹配”,就是将电子商务所涉及的认证、支付、买方、卖方、配送等各环节实现交易撮合,也即是所谓的信息交换。商务是交易、是匹配,是最终目的;电子是渠道、是手段,是基础设施。所以,电子商务的发展和繁荣必须建立在专业的电子信息交换设施之上,要让传统行业不必专注于复杂多变的信息
Reporter: E-commerce is still a new-born thing in China and is in the development stage. How do you think we should look at China’s e-commerce? Deng Yihui: What exactly is e-commerce? The essence of abstract e-commerce is “electronic matching of demand and service” Is the e-commerce involved in certification, payment, buyers, sellers, distribution and other links to achieve the transaction match, which is the so-called exchange of information. Business is a transaction, is a match, is the ultimate goal; electronics is a channel, is a means of infrastructure. Therefore, the development and prosperity of e-commerce must be based on professional electronic information exchange facilities, so that traditional industries do not have to focus on complex and volatile information
