电力企业基建物资管理工作关系重大,与一般电力物资相比,具有一次专用性强、时间要求快、库存时间短、管理要求高等特点。因此,进一步完善基建物资标准化管理流程,,加强监督体系建设,是实现工程效益和质量双丰收的基础。本文试论了电力企业基建物资管理存在的问题,提出了一些管理建议和措施。
Power enterprise infrastructure materials management is a major issue, compared with the general power supplies, with a special and strong, fast time requirements, inventory time is short, high management requirements. Therefore, to further improve the standardization management process of infrastructure materials and strengthen the construction of the supervision system is the basis for achieving double harvest of project benefits and quality. This article discusses the existing problems of capital construction materials management in power enterprises and puts forward some management suggestions and measures.
