目的对某机场T2航站楼扩建项目进行卫生学评价,识别和分析项目可能存在的健康危害因素。方法采用类比调查、卫生学调查、工程卫生分析和检查表法相结合的评价方法对该项目进行卫生学评价。结果项目建成投入运营后,航站楼可能产生的健康危害因素主要是可吸入颗粒物、细菌和噪声;T2航站楼主要卫生设施等设计基本符合卫生学要求。结论该项目如能进一步完善卫生设施的设计和各项卫生管理制度,加强日常卫生管理,运营过程中产生的各种健康危害因素可得到控制、减轻和消除,从公共卫生学角度,该项目是可行的。
Objective To evaluate the hygiene of T2 airport expansion project of an airport and to identify and analyze possible health hazards of the project. Methods Hygienic evaluation of the project was carried out by using the methods of analogy investigation, hygiene investigation, engineering health analysis and checklist method. Results After the project was put into operation, the possible health hazards of the terminal building were mainly inhalable particles, bacteria and noises. The design of the main sanitation facilities of T2 terminal basically met the hygiene requirements. Conclusion If the project can further improve the design of sanitation facilities and various health management systems and strengthen daily health management, the various health hazards arising from the operation can be controlled, mitigated and eliminated. From the perspective of public health, the project is feasible.
