目的解析朱砂、轻粉、雄黄等7种毒性矿物药的拉曼光谱特征,为这些毒性矿物药材或粉末的快速鉴别提供参考。方法采集朱砂、轻粉、雄黄、信石、密陀僧、铅丹和硫黄等7种毒性矿物药共20批样品的激光拉曼光谱,分析各类药材粉末的拉曼光谱特征,并与其分子振动形式进行匹配,明确各特征峰归属。结果 7种毒性矿物药拉曼光谱特征谱段均在800 cm-1以下,其特征峰峰形尖锐且与药材主要成分相对应,同种药材的拉曼图谱一致性较好,不同药材各自的特征鲜明,具有良好的专属性。结论激光拉曼光谱技术可为这几种毒性矿物药及其粉末的质量控制提供快速、准确的鉴别方法。
Objective To analyze the Raman spectra of seven toxic minerals, such as cinnabar, light powder and realgar, and provide references for the rapid identification of these toxic minerals or powders. Methods The laser Raman spectra of 20 batches of samples of 7 toxic minerals such as cinnabar, light powder, realgar, messenger stone, mephitis, lead dander and sulfur were collected to analyze the Raman spectra of all kinds of medicinal powders. Vibration pattern to match, clear all the attribution of the peak. Results The Raman spectral characteristics of 7 toxic minerals were below 800 cm-1. The characteristic peaks were sharp and corresponded with the main components of the medicinal herbs. The Raman spectra of the same medicinal herbs were consistent. Features distinctive, with good specificity. Conclusion Laser Raman spectroscopy provides a rapid and accurate method for the quality control of these toxic minerals and their powders.
