深部调驱已成为中高含水油田稳油控水的一种非常有效的技术措施。结合辽河油田海1块,研究了现场影响凝胶成胶因素,结果表明,聚合物品种、聚合物分子量、交联剂品种、剪切作用、pH值等因素对成胶效果具有一定影响。同时对调驱配方体系进行了封堵效果评价。将配方体系应用于调驱先导试验,在实施的5井组含水率由89.8%下降到84.3%,日产油由73.1t上升到137.4t,调驱效果显著。
Deep flooding has become a very effective technical measure to stabilize oil in medium and high water-cut oilfields. In combination with Liaohe Oilfield Sea 1, the factors influencing the gel gelation in the field were studied. The results showed that the factors influencing the gelling effect were the polymer variety, polymer molecular weight, cross-linking agent variety, shear effect and pH value. In the meantime, the plugging effect evaluation was carried out on the formula system. The formula system is applied to the pilot of the regulation and control drive. In the implementation of the Well 5, the water cut rate decreased from 89.8% to 84.3%, and the daily oil production increased from 73.1t to 137.4t.
