目的:阐述Ⅱ型拟除虫菊酯类农药心脏毒性的表现及可能机制,为其中毒防治提供参考。方法:分析近年文献报道的人群和实验研究结果。结果:Ⅱ型拟除虫菊酯类农药中毒病例有多种心功能改变。整体动物实验结果主要为血压、心率的改变和多种心律失常。体外实验结果主要为心肌收缩力加强。其心脏毒性的机制可能为钠通道、钙通道或氯通道的激活以及对肾上腺受体的作用等。结论:本剂可引起心肌收缩力加强和心功能紊乱。
Objective: To expound the expression and possible mechanism of type Ⅱ pyrethroid pesticide cardiotoxicity and provide references for the prevention and treatment of poisoning. Methods: Analysis of the literature reported in recent years, the population and experimental results. Results: There were many changes of heart function in type Ⅱ pyrethroid pesticide poisoning cases. The overall animal experiment results mainly for blood pressure, heart rate changes and a variety of arrhythmias. In vitro experimental results mainly for myocardial contractility strengthened. Cardiac toxicity may be the mechanism of sodium channel, calcium channel or chloride channel activation and the role of the adrenal receptors. Conclusion: The agent can cause myocardial contractility and cardiac dysfunction.
