目的对小于胎龄儿 (SGA)免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA及补体C3 、C4变化的探讨。方法取小于胎龄儿 10 0例 ,足月适于胎龄儿 6 0例 ,生后第 1、3、7天血清用免疫透射比浊法进行测定。结果小于胎龄儿IgG、IgM、IgA、C3 、C4明显低于足月适于胎龄儿 ,早产小于胎龄儿IgG、C3 明显低于足月小于胎龄儿 ,小于胎龄儿第 7天IgM有增加趋势。结论小于胎龄儿免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA及补体C3 、C4明显不足
Objective To investigate the changes of immunoglobulin IgG, IgM, IgA and complement C3, C4 of small gestational age (SGA) children. Methods Totally 100 children less than gestational age and 60 healthy children were enrolled in this study. Serum levels were measured by immunoturbidimetry on days 1, 3 and 7 after birth. Results The IgG, IgM, IgA, C3 and C4 in infants younger than gestational age were significantly lower than those in full-term infants, preterm infants with gestational age less than gestational age, C3 significantly lower than those in preterm infants less than gestational age, IgM has an increasing trend. Conclusion Immunoglobulin IgG, IgM, IgA and complement C3 and C4 in children younger than gestational age are obviously deficient
