新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的发病机制较为复杂,缺血再灌注损伤致脑细胞凋亡为发病机制之一。雌激素对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用已得到广泛的关注,本研究应用新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)模型,观察17β-雌二醇(17β-E2)对缺氧缺血再灌注损伤对脑细胞凋亡的影响。
