以硝酸作为消解液,采用电热消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定可食性包装材料中的铅、砷、镉和汞含量。铅、砷、镉和汞的检出限分别为0.150,0.360,0.015和0.135 mg/kg,线性范围为0~2μg/m L,线性关系良好(R>0.999),相对标准偏差为1.76%~4.22%,平均加标回收率为82%~108%,该方法的精密度与准确度均满足测试要求,适用于可食性包装材料中铅、砷、镉和汞的同时测定。
The contents of lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury in edible packaging materials were simultaneously determined by ICP-AES using nitric acid as digestion solution and electrothermal digestion-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The detection limits of lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury were 0.150,0.360,0.015 and 0.135 mg / kg, respectively. The linear range was 0-2μg / m L, and the linearity was good (R> 0.999). The relative standard deviations were 1.76% 4.22%. The average spike recoveries ranged from 82% to 108%. The precision and accuracy of this method met the test requirements and were suitable for simultaneous determination of lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury in edible packaging materials.
