在初中教学中要承认差异、利用差异、发展差异,运用自主、合作、探索的基本教学策略。实行学生分层,教学目标分层,教学方法分层,指导分层,作业分层,评价分层。打破了“一刀切”、“齐步走”的课堂教学模式,让各层次学生从自己的学习基础和学习能力出发,采取与自己的实际情况相适应的学习过程与方法,最大限度地挖掘学生的学习潜能,调动全体学生的学习积极性。
