语言是思维的载体,也是文化的载体,学好一种语言同时也是学好与这种语言相关的文化。同理,教授一门语言也是教授这门语言承载的文化。要在对外汉语教学的过程中做好文化的传播工作,不但要了解语言和文化的本质及其之间的关系,还要寻求合适的文化导入的内容和方式。第二语言教学中所涉及的文化教学主要是那些影响交际规约、生活方式、思维方式以及价值观念等的深层文化。对外汉语教学,从根本上来说,就是为了使学习者掌握语言这个工具,并培养他们运用语言进行得体交际的能力。要达到这个目的,就必须注重语言教学中蕴含着的文化因素的教学,积极而充分的文化因素的教学对语一言教学本身十分有利,能起到促进和深化的作用。
Language is the carrier of thinking as well as the carrier of culture. Learning a good language is also a good way to learn the culture related to this language. By the same token, teaching a language is also teaching a culture born in this language. To do well in the process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, we must not only understand the nature of language and culture and the relationship between them, but also seek appropriate contents and ways of cultural introduction. The teaching of culture involved in second language teaching is mainly the deep culture that influences the communication protocol, life style, thinking mode and values. Teaching Chinese as a foreign language basically is to enable learners to master the language as a tool and to develop their ability to use the language for proper communication. To achieve this goal, we must pay attention to the teaching of cultural elements in language teaching. The teaching of positive and sufficient cultural factors is very beneficial to the teaching of language itself and can promote and deepen it.
