干旱胁迫对甘草愈伤组织总黄酮含量的影响

[目的]对胀果甘草愈伤组织进行干旱胁迫处理,探讨干旱胁迫对愈伤组织的生长、生理指标和甘草黄酮含量的影响.[方法]采用不同质量分数(0、15%、20%、25%、30%)的PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫对胀果甘草愈伤组织进行胁迫处理,测定其生长量,MDA、POD以及黄酮含量.[结果]随着胁迫程度的增加,甘草愈伤组织的生长量受到抑制,MDA含量呈上升趋势,POD含量呈现先上升后下降的趋势.25% PEG-6000处理子叶愈伤组织时甘草黄酮含量为4.80 mg/g,约为对照的1.379倍.下胚轴愈伤组织经过干旱胁迫后甘草黄酮含量有所下降.[结论]一定浓度的干旱胁迫可以提高子叶愈伤组织的甘草黄酮含量.
