随着高炉冶炼的强化,炉缸、炉底烧穿问题又重新出现,必须予以重视.铁口以下炉缸壁和炉底周边炭砖是最薄弱环节.这个部位的破损原因主要是铁和碱金属的渗透引起的.延长炉缸、炉底寿命的途径是改进炭砖质量,研制微孔炭砖;改进炉缸和炉底的设计,提高砌筑质量;以及在生产操作中加强检测和维护。
