自从转基因技术问世以来,有关转基因食品安全性的争论就从未停止过。去年崔永元和方舟子关于“反转”和“挺转”引发的网络口水战还尘埃未定,最近一则“央视记者深度调查发现转基因大米已经流入市场”的新闻又一次甚嚣尘上。我们餐桌上的大米是转基因大米吗?我们应该相信我们所吃的食物吗?这是涉及13亿中国人的主粮,在其安全性尚未得到定论的今天,我们该如何选择呢?换句话说,我们没有理由不紧张。
