公路建设与可持续发展的关系,主要为公路建设与自然资源利用和环境保护之间的关系。 公路建设中常遇到的重要生态区主要有湿地、野生动植物栖息地、自然保护区等。这些区域对保持生态平衡和多样性起到重要作用,应当引起高度重视加以保护。公路建设项目应尽量避让这些区域,在万不得已通过时,必须采取一定措施。
The relationship between highway construction and sustainable development is mainly the relationship between highway construction and the utilization of natural resources and environmental protection. Important ecological areas often encountered in highway construction are mainly wetlands, wildlife habitats, nature reserves and so on. These regions play an important role in maintaining ecological balance and diversity and should give due attention to protection. Highway construction projects should try their best to avoid these areas and must take certain measures when they are the last resort.
