揭示灰毡毛忍冬种质资源间的遗传关系。采用ISSR标记技术对17份灰毡毛忍冬样品进行遗传多样性分析,应用Popgene32软件对结果进行处理,并用UPGMA法构建聚类树型图。结果15条引物共得到167条DNA片段,其中137条片段呈现出多态性,占总扩增片段的82.04%。平均每条引物的扩增11.1条。每个位点的有效等位基因数是1.4548,Nei’s基因多样性指数为0.2679,Shannons信息指数为0.4054。聚类分析表明,17份灰毡毛忍冬样品被分成了5个组。结论ISSR能有效用于灰毡毛忍冬不同种质资源之间的遗传关系分析。
Reveal the genetic relationship among the germplasm resources of Lonicera macranthoides. ISSR marker technique was used to analyze the genetic diversity of 17 samples of Lonicera macranthoides, and the results were processed using Popgene32 software. The UPGMA method was used to construct a clustering tree map. Results A total of 167 DNA fragments were obtained from 15 primers, among which 137 fragments were polymorphic, accounting for 82.04% of the total amplified fragments. The average amplification of each primer was 11.1. The number of effective alleles per locus was 1.4548, the Nei’s gene diversity index was 0.2679, and the Shannons information index was 0.4054. Cluster analysis showed that 17 samples of Lonicera macranthoides were divided into 5 groups. Conclusion ISSR can be effectively used to analyze the genetic relationship among different germplasm resources of Lonicera macranthoides.
