目的:建立水中微囊藻毒素LR和RR的液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法。方法:水样经C18固相萃取小柱富集,甲醇洗脱,浓缩后,经XTerra MS C18(2.1×150 mm,5μm)柱进行色谱分离,采用多反应监测(MRM)模式对微囊藻毒素进行检测,外标法定量。结果:微囊藻毒素LR和RR的检出限分别为0.002μg/L和0.001μg/L,其加标回收率分别为84.6%~90.6%和86.6%~91.2%,相对标准偏差小于5.0%。结论:该方法用水量少,简便、快速、准确,适用于水中微囊藻毒素LR和RR的检测。
Objective: To establish a liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of microcystin LR and RR in water. Methods: The water sample was concentrated on a C18 solid phase extraction cartridge, eluted with methanol and concentrated. The sample was separated on a XTerra MS C18 (2.1 × 150 mm, 5 μm) column and analyzed by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) Toxins for testing, external standard method. Results The detection limits of microcystin LR and RR were 0.002 μg / L and 0.001 μg / L, respectively. The recoveries of the microcystin LR and RR were 84.6% -90.6% and 86.6% -91.2%, respectively, and the relative standard deviations were less than 5.0% . Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the determination of microcystin LR and RR in water with less water consumption.
