八月二十三日,是光荣无敌的苏联军队解放罗马尼亚七周年纪念日。由于苏联军队解放罗马尼亚,就为罗马尼亚人民打开了走向民族独立、取得政权和建立真正的民主制度的道路。七年来,罗马尼亚政治、经济和社会各方面都有了深刻的根本的变化,压迫人民并使他们陷于贫困的旧秩序和旧制度已经被摧毁了;没有剥削的给人民以自由和幸福的人民民主制度已经建立起来。罗马尼亚已经从一个国际资本的半殖民地、欧洲最落后的国家之一,转变成一个先进的人民共和国,并在胜利地向社会主义迈进。
August 23, is the glorious seventh anniversary of the liberation of Romania by Soviet troops. The liberation of Romania by the Soviet army opened the way for the Romanian people towards national independence, political power and the establishment of a genuine democracy. In the past seven years, Romania has undergone profound and fundamental changes in its political, economic and social fields. The old order and the old system of oppressing the people and putting them in poverty have been destroyed. The people’s democracy that is not exploited gives freedom and happiness to the people. System has been established. Romania has transformed itself from one of the most semi-colonial and most backward countries in international capital into an advanced people’s republic of China and marches in a victorious way towards socialism.
