针对某型无人机维修教学和训练的实际困难,充分运用SolidWorks软件和第三方训练系统联合构建无人机虚拟场景,提出并开发了一套基于虚拟建模的无人机维修培训系统.经测试,基于无人机虚拟建模的维修训练仿真动画可以向受训者展示无人机结构和原理演示、安装拆卸、维修训练等仿真功能,实现了无人机维修的可重复性、无风险,不受气候条件和场地空间限制的特点,满足了部队操作、维修训练和院校教学的需要.
Aiming at the practical difficulties of a certain type of UAV maintenance teaching and training, this paper makes full use of SolidWorks software and third-party training system to jointly construct the UAV virtual scene, and proposes and develops a set of UAV maintenance training system based on virtual modeling. Testing, UAV virtual modeling based maintenance training simulation animation can show trainees the structure and principle of UAV demonstration, installation and disassembly, maintenance training and other simulation features to achieve the UAV maintenance repeatability, risk-free, Not subject to climatic conditions and site space constraints, to meet the military operations, maintenance training and teaching needs.
