省府批示: 本府同意省政治法律委員會關於克服非正常死亡現象给各級政法部門的指示。全省非正常死亡現象,随着社會改革的勝利完成和各級人民政府對克服非正常死亡的各種措施,已日趨減少,但今年全省非正常死亡人數尚有九三五人之多,年龄多係青壯年,成份以僱、貧農為最多,因此,仍須引起各級人民政府的高度注意和重视。省政法委員會‘關於克服非正常死亡現象的指示’中對如何防止非正常死亡现象問題提出的幾點意見是正確的。全省各級人民政府必須認真的加以研究,結合各地具體情况,採取有效措施,加以克服,並领導和督促有關部門切實貫澈執行。十二月十五日
Provincial Government instructions: The government agreed to the Provincial Political Law Commission to overcome the phenomenon of non-normal death to all levels of political and legal departments. The phenomenon of non-normal deaths in the province has been declining with the victory of social reform and the measures taken by people’s governments at all levels to overcome abnormal deaths. However, the number of non-normal deaths in the province this year has as many as 955, Multi-line young adults, the composition of hired, poor peasants up to, therefore, must still cause the people’s governments at all levels to pay great attention and attention. Several opinions put forward by the Provincial Political Consultative Commission in its ’Directive on Overcoming the Abnormal Death Phenomenon’ on how to prevent the phenomenon of non-normal death are correct. People’s governments at all levels in the province must study it carefully, take effective measures in light of the specific conditions in various places and overcome them, and lead and urge relevant departments to carry out the policy in a down-to-earth manner.
