为了探索治疗血吸虫性肝硬变的有效方法,近年来我们采用中草药+热腹带的治疗。首先,对家兔血吸虫病肝纤维化进行了一系列探索;发现复方五味子能使肝胶原纤维明显降解。本文对131例血吸虫性肝硬变,采用单盲法,分成中药组(热腹带加复方五味子)及西药组(对照组)进行临床疗效及免疫功能
In order to explore the effective treatment of schistosomiasis cirrhosis in recent years, we use Chinese herbal medicine + hot belts treatment. First of all, a series of explorations on rabbit liver schistosomiasis hepatic fibrosis were carried out. It was found that compound Schisandra could degrade hepatic collagen fibers significantly. In this paper, 131 cases of schistosomiasis cirrhosis, using single-blind method, divided into traditional Chinese medicine group (hot belts plus compound Schisandra) and Western medicine group (control group) for clinical efficacy and immune function
