目的探讨肌功能训练结合多曲方丝弓(MEAW)技术矫治恒牙期高角骨性反的疗效。方法对2004—2008年于大连市口腔医院治疗的15例高角骨性反患者,采用肌功能训练结合MEAW技术进行矫治,疗程1.5~2.5年,观察矫治后的临床效果。结果 15例患者中14例达到预期治疗效果,Ⅲ类软组织凹面形得到明显改善,前牙反解除,达到正常覆覆盖,磨牙及尖牙获得Ⅰ类关系或Ⅲ类关系得到明显改善。只有1例13岁男性患者,因配合原因,提前中断治疗,待成年后考虑做正颌手术矫治。结论只要能把握好适应证,对于依从性良好的患者,运用肌功能训练结合MEAW技术可成功矫治高角骨性反畸形。
Objective To investigate the effect of muscle function training combined with multi-curve square wire arch (MEAW) technique in the treatment of permanent high angle skeletal reentry. Methods Fifteen patients with high-angle bony hernia treated in Dalian Stomatological Hospital from 2004 to 2008 were treated with muscle function training and MEAW technique. The course of treatment was 1.5 to 2.5 years, and the clinical effect was observed. Results Of the 15 patients, 14 patients achieved the expected therapeutic effect. The concave shape of type Ⅲ soft tissue was significantly improved. The anterior crossbite was relieved to reach normal coverage. The relationship between type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ molars and canines was significantly improved. Only 1 case of 13-year-old male patients, due to reasons, early interruption of treatment, to be considered adult orthognathic surgery. Conclusion As long as indications can be grasped, the use of muscle function training combined with MEAW can successfully correct the high angle bony ankle deformity in patients with good compliance.
