目的研究慢性支气管炎患者采用系统健康教育的效果。方法选择2014年6月~2016年6月我院慢性支气管炎患者78例。根据随机数字表法将78例慢性支气管炎患者分为两组,常规组采用一般性护理;系统教育组在常规组基础上采用系统健康教育。就两组患者护理前后疾病知识、吸烟危害性、健康膳食等的掌握情况和遵医行为评分、生活质量评分、慢性支气管炎治疗效果进行比较。结果系统教育组遵医行为评分、生活质量评分明显高于常规组,慢性支气管炎治疗效果明显高于常规组,P<0.05。两组患者护理前疾病知识、吸烟危害性、健康膳食等的掌握情况差异不显著,P>0.05。系统教育组患者护理后疾病知识、吸烟危害性、健康膳食等的掌握情况均优于常规组,P<0.05。结论慢性支气管炎患者采用系统健康教育的效果确切,可提高患者对疾病知识的掌握水平,自觉提升遵医行为,规避不良因素,改善病情,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of systematic health education in patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods From June 2014 to June 2016, 78 patients with chronic bronchitis in our hospital were selected. According to the random number table method, 78 patients with chronic bronchitis were divided into two groups. The general nursing group received general nursing. The system education group used systematic health education based on the routine group. Before and after care on the two groups of patients knowledge of disease, smoking hazards, healthy diet and other mastery of compliance and compliance scores, quality of life scores, the treatment of chronic bronchitis were compared. Results The scores of compliance education and quality of life of the system education group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group. The treatment effect of chronic bronchitis was significantly higher than that of the conventional group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the knowledge of pre-care disease, the risk of smoking and the healthy diet, P> 0.05. Systemic education group patient care knowledge of disease, smoking harmfulness, healthy diet, etc. are better than the conventional group, P <0.05. Conclusions Systemic health education in patients with chronic bronchitis has definite effect, which can improve patients’ mastery of disease knowledge, consciously promote compliance with behaviors, avoid adverse factors and improve the condition, which is worthy of promotion.
