螺原菌存在于一些节肢动物和植物体内,对某些节肢动物具有致病性,由于它缺乏细胞壁,故变形迅速,对一些抗生素、固定剂和冻融具有耐受性。目前从蚊体内已分离鉴定了三种螺原菌。本文报道感染台湾螺原菌(Spiroplasma taiwanense)对埃及伊蚊和斯氏按蚊存活及飞行能力的影响。选能在体外溶解白纹伊蚊C6/36细胞株的台湾螺原菌SPZ株进行实验,埃及伊蚊和斯氏按蚊均系实验室养殖。实验组蚊虫经胸接种含有5000变色单位(COU)台湾螺
