移动模架,又称滑移模架(简称滑模)或移动模架造桥机,是桥梁施工中一种新兴的大型设备。移动模架施工工艺具有适应性广泛、周转次数多、施工周期短、施工安全可靠、现场文明简洁、不影响桥下交通、机械自动化程度高、便于工程管理等特点。移动模架施工法作为一种新的施工工艺,将在桥梁建设中越来越广泛地得到应用,并将取得良好的经济效益。本文针对施工地段位于水中,底部作业空间较小的京广高铁东湖特大桥,采用移动模架进行32m箱梁原位现浇施工,施工投入较少,施工速度快,为类似工程施工提供经验借鉴。
Mobile mold, also known as sliding mold (referred to as sliding mode) or mobile mold bridge making machine, is a new large-scale bridge construction equipment. The construction of mobile formwork has many advantages, such as wide adaptability, fast turnover times, short construction period, safe and reliable construction, concise on-site civilization, no influence on traffic under the bridge, high degree of mechanical automation and project management. As a new construction technology, the mobile formwork construction method will be applied more and more widely in bridge construction and will achieve good economic benefits. In this paper, aiming at the East Lake Bridge of Beijing-Guangzhou High-Speed Rail which is located in the water and has a small working space at the bottom, a 32m box beam in situ cast-in-place construction using movable mold frame is adopted with less construction investment and fast construction speed, which provides experiences for similar projects. .
