网络购物在给我们带来便利的同时也使得网络侵权行为更加猖獗。网络欺诈、支付安全隐患、钓鱼网站等等严重侵犯了消费者的知情权、财产安全权、隐私权等权益,网络购物带来的产品质量隐患甚至直接威胁到消费者的生命健康安全。但由于网络消费特有的开放性、虚拟性,网络安保技术的欠缺,企业信用制度、立法监管制度以及纠纷解决机制的不完善,使得消费者维权困难重重。应不断完善立法,推出网络基本法,在更大领域推行网络实名制,线上线下双管齐下,建立立体式的申诉维权体系。作为消费者自身也要提高责任意识,纠正错误的消费行为。
Online shopping has brought us convenience while making online infringement more rampant. Internet fraud, payment of security risks, phishing websites, etc. seriously infringe consumers’ right to information, property security, privacy and other rights and interests, the quality of products brought by online shopping or even directly threaten the lives and health of consumers. However, due to the unique openness and virtuality of network consumption, lack of network security technology, the imperfection of corporate credit system, legislative supervision system and dispute resolution mechanism, consumers have many difficulties in defending their rights. The legislation should be constantly improved and the Basic Law of the Internet should be introduced. The real-name network of the Internet should be implemented in a larger area. The two-pronged approach should be adopted to establish a three-dimensional system of complaints and rights protection. As consumers themselves should also raise their awareness of responsibility to correct the wrong consumer behavior.
