教师自我专业发展意识的差异性,是教师在培训中参与程度及培训效果参差不齐的根本原因。因此,激发和提高教师主体意识和研究意识,是校本培训的重要一环。同时,理论培训的针对性和务实性需要不断加强,为教师的理论学习和实践探索提供了全程、全面、深入的指导和帮助。乳山市南黄初中创新校本培训模式,开展了“三途径五模块”业务培训活动。从需要出发,更好地满足教师业务发展的实际需要,注重教师实践能力的培养,使培训形式更加灵活多样,培训成果转化更为有效。
The difference of teacher’s self-professional development awareness is the root cause of teachers’ participation in training and the uneven effect of training. Therefore, to stimulate and improve teachers’ sense of subject and research awareness is an important part of school-based training. Rushan South Huang junior high school innovative school-based training mode, launched a “three-way five modules ” business training activities. From the need to better meet the actual needs of the development of the teacher’s business, pay attention to the cultivation of teachers’ practical abilities, make the training forms more flexible and more effective, and translate the training results more effectively.
