校本教研活动作为交流教学经验、改善教学质量、提升科研水平的重要途径与手段,在当前小学的整体工作中占有极为重要的位置。针对当前部分学校的校本教研活动流于形式,无法取得实质效果的情况,借助学习动机理论、自我激励理论、认知主义学说等作为理论支撑,通过心理学视角分析问题的症结所在,并在此基础上提出解决问题的方法和途径,以期为相关研究提供部分参考和借鉴。
