在钻井工程中,钻具受到高腐蚀性钻井液、高并温、溶解氧及钻井液冲刷等作用,腐蚀相当严重。仅以钻杆为例,我国石油钻井工程中,每钻进1m,消耗3kg钻杆,折合人民币30元,其中因腐蚀而造成的损失占20%~50%。按钻井进尺1500万m/a计算,我国因此要损失0.9~2.5亿元。另外,我国钻井行业每年发生的约500起钻井事故中,有60%是源于腐蚀,处理这些事故所花费用也很大。本文对造成现有的钻具腐蚀原因做了分析,并提出了相应措施,有助于油田减少损失提高经济效益。
In drilling engineering, the drilling tools are highly corrosive drilling fluid, high temperature, dissolved oxygen and drilling fluid erosion, corrosion is quite serious. This paper analyzes the causes of the existing corrosion of drilling tools and puts forward corresponding measures to help the oilfield reduce losses and increase economic benefits.
