SQZ-1型钻车采用直角坐标式移位方法,能在2×2m的天井范围内钴凿前倾角为60°~90°、左右倾角为70°~90°、深度达30~50m的平行深孔,通用孔径为90和105mm、扩孔直径为130mm。钻机绝对偏斜率为0.66%,相对偏斜率为0.24~0.42%。该钻车结构紧凑、运输方便。回转-推进机构及滑架处于折叠状态时,外形尺寸为2500×1000×1650mm,能整机进出4号罐笼,或在电机车牵引下通过设有漏口的巷道,还能利用转盘机构及四个油压千斤顶顺利进出运输巷道与未铺道岔的峒室。本文着重对SQZ-1型潜孔钻机进行受力分析,找出钻车工作时不稳定位置,以及预防发生危险的办法。
