两会前夕,武汉钢铁集团因宣布将建万头养猪场引来纷纷争议。全国政协委员李晓林质疑武钢“纯粹不务正业”。全国人大代表、宝钢集团董事长徐乐江认为,国内钢铁企业不应将主要精力放在非钢产业上,“钢铁企业的专长就是炼钢!”中航油前总裁陈九霖表示,养猪赚钱,便去养猪,以后养驴赚钱,是不是又要去养驴呢?如此这般,何谈企业核心竞争力?两会期间,笔者采访了多位来自建筑企业的董事长,也谈到了转型升级的话题,全国人大代表、河北建设集团董事长李宝元的观点尤其引人深思。他对中国铁建研发盾构机一事表达了自己的看法:“生产盾构机是建筑业的事吗?那是机械制造!如果建筑企业转型的结果是大家都不做建筑了,那将是行业的悲哀!”
