我认为,股份制可以成为我国社会主义全民所有制的一种好形式,甚至是最好的形式.因为,它既便于目前国有企业增强自己财力,又有利于国有企业建立现代企业制度,还有助于国有企业完善全民所有制的机制,使之在更加完整、更加充分的意义上实现全民所有制的质的规定性.
