为了提高国产不饱和聚酯的气干性，选用部分饱和的二元酸酐并添加干性油，合成了适合配制汽车修补腻子（原子灰）用的非蜡型、于空气中可速干的不饱和聚酯。此外，还研究了工艺流程对不饱和聚酯的性能影响，结果表明，不饱和聚酯的合成反应必须在反应开始的回流温度下至少保温１ｈ。
