近年来,组织环境和组织行为日趋复杂,组织适应性已成为组织理论研究领域备受重视的课题。其研究跨越了社会学、生物学、管理学及复杂科学等多个领域,形成了众多的理论观点。这些观点之间既存在相同的含义也有各自独特的所指。本文对不同视角下的相关理论观点进行了综述,以期为组织变革实践提供理论指导。
In recent years, the organizational environment and organizational behavior have become increasingly complex and organizational adaptability has become a topic of great importance in the field of organizational theory research. His research spans many fields such as sociology, biology, management science and complex science, forming a large number of theoretical points of view. There is both the same meaning and the uniqueness of each of these points of view. This article reviews the relevant theoretical perspectives from different perspectives in order to provide theoretical guidance for the organizational change practice.
