添加剂对硅溶胶结合 Al2O3-SiC-C 铁沟捣打料性能的影响

以特级矾土(粒径8~5、5~3和3~1mm)、棕刚玉(粒径3~1、≤1和≤0.074mm)、碳化硅(粒径≤1和≤0.074mm)和球状沥青为主要原料,金属硅和碳化硼为抗氧化剂和促烧剂,添加超微粉或焦作黏土,以硅溶胶作结合剂,采用手工捣打成型工艺来制备Al_2O_3-SiC-C铁沟捣打料。研究了硅微粉、α-Al_2O_3微粉、焦作黏土和有机防爆纤维对硅溶胶结合Al_2O_3-SiC-C铁沟捣打料性能的影响。结果表明:添加2%质量分数硅微粉、3%质量分数焦作黏土或0.05%质量分数有机防爆纤维对硅溶胶结合Al_2O_3-SiC-C铁沟捣打料的体积密度影响不大。含9%质量分数α-Al_2O_3微粉的试样和含6%质量分数α-Al_2O_3微粉、3%质量分数焦作黏土的试样显示出更好的常温强度。合理的颗粒级配可以提高铁沟捣打料试样的抗高炉渣侵蚀性。含6%质量分数α-Al_2O_3微粉、3%质量分数焦作黏土的试样的抗渣侵蚀性最好;含7%质量分数α-Al_2O_3微粉、2%质量分数硅微粉的试样的抗渣侵蚀性次之;含9%质量分数α-Al_2O_3微粉的试样的抗渣侵蚀性最差。有机防爆纤维提高了捣打料的烘后强度,但使抗渣性能有所降低。硅溶胶结合Al_2O_3-SiC-C铁沟捣打料试样在1 450℃煅烧后质量增加,有利于体积稳定性和抗渣性能。 The samples were made of special grade alumina (particle size 8 ~ 5, 5 ~ 3 and 3 ~ 1mm), corundum (particle size 3 ~ 1, ≤1 and ≤0.074mm), silicon carbide Spherical asphalt as the main raw material, metal silicon and boron carbide as antioxidant and pro-burning agent, adding superfine powder or coke clay, silica sol as a binder, the use of hand ramming molding process to prepare Al 2 O 3-SiC-C trencher ramming material. The results showed that adding 2% silica fume, 3% coke or 0.05% organic anti-explosion fiber had little effect on the bulk density of Al 2 O 3 -SiC-C iron ram. The sample containing 9% mass fraction of α-Al 2 O 3 fine powder and the sample containing 6% mass fraction of α-Al 2 O 3 fine powder and 3% mass fraction of coke showed better room-temperature strength. Reasonable particle size distribution can improve the resistance of blast furnace slag to the sample of iron ditch ramming material. The samples with 6% mass fraction α-Al 2 O 3 fine powder and 3% mass fraction coke clay showed the best erosion resistance. The slag erosion resistance of the samples containing 7% mass fraction α-Al 2 O 3 powder and 2% mass fraction silica powder The second is that the sample with 9% mass fraction of α-Al 2 O 3 fine powder has the least resistance to slag erosion. Organic explosion-proof fiber ramming material to improve the bake strength, but to reduce the slag resistance. The mass of silica sol combined with Al_2O_3-SiC-C iron ditch ramming sample increased after calcined at 1 450 ℃, which is in favor of the volume stability and slag resistance.
