目的研究及制订将高血压人群、高危人群及正常人群统一纳入规范管理的社区高血压全人群策略的综合防治模式,通过比较管理前后各项指标的变化,从而达到有效的针对全人群的预防与控制高血压病。方法对我社区随机选取高血压患者100例,同期抽取无高血压健康人群及高危人群各100例,按照社区高血压防治方案对各组开展随访、干预、评估等防治工作,从而通过问卷调查的方法分析比较社区高血压全人群策略提高高血压的知晓率、治疗率和控制率等方面的作用。结果社区高血压全人群策略干预后,各组知晓率均有提高,高血压患者组治疗率及控制率均高于干预前(P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义)。结论采用全人群策略干预和纠正人们行为及生活方式以及降低高血压的危险因素、提高患者依从性等在社区高血压防治中作用显著。
Objective To study and formulate a comprehensive prevention and control model that integrates hypertensive population, high-risk population and normal population into the standardized hypertensive population-based management strategy. Conclusion The strategy of using whole population to intervene and correct people’s behavior and life style, reduce the risk factors of hypertension and improve patient compliance has a significant effect in prevention and treatment of community-based hypertension.
