江西地矿局915队钟民淦在《关于密切干群关系的若干思考》来稿中指出,当前地质队的干群关系呈现出多端交错的势态,其特征表现主要有:义气型,恩惠型、应付型、对立型。这些问题的产生有着复杂的原因,要解决这些问题,笔者提出,必须从密切干群关系入手,树立“四个观念”,采取四项措施。四个观念是:确立平等观念、团结观念,友爱观念,互助观念。四项措施是:干部下基层参加劳动、调查研究;全心全意为职工群众谋利益办实事,廉政与勤政并举;积极疏通和拓宽干部联系群众的渠道。只有这样,才能密切干群关系,调动职工的积极性、创造性、增强地质队的活力。

The main characteristics of the geology team are as follows: Yiqi type, grace type, coping style , Opposite type. These problems have complicated causes. To solve these problems, the author puts forward that we must start from working closely with the relations between cadres and the masses, establish the “four concepts” and adopt four measures. Four concepts are: to establish the concept of equality, unity, love concept, mutual aid concept. The four measures are as follows: Cadres at the grassroots level participate in labor and investigation; they wholeheartedly seek benefits for the masses of workers and workers and do practical work in an honest and clean manner; clean up and broaden the channels for cadres to contact the masses. Only in this way can the relationship between cadres and the masses be closely followed, mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of staff and enhance the vitality of the geological team.
