Two thiosemicarbazones and two cyclized products - 1,3,4-thiadiazoles were synthesized. The closed conditions of the thiadiazoles were investigated. Some physical constants and infrared spectra of the thiadiazoles were determined. The compounds were initially screened for antibacterial activity. It provides a basis for the study of metal chelate ligands containing active carbon and nitrogen sulfur centers
