关于土壤氮素矿化过程的测定目前有两种方法,即Stanford等的好气培养-间歇淋洗方法和淹水密闭培养法。前者适用于旱作土壤,后者适用于稻田土壤。淹水密闭培养法在具体应用时,尚有一些试验条件不够明确,如密闭方式,适宜的培养温度范围,采用风干土时应预培多长时间,风干土土块细度对矿化过程的影响等。为此,我们于1978年进行该法的条件试验,所得结果如下。
