作者曾报告,妊娠大鼠照射2450 MHz微波,功率密度28mW/cm~2,当微波吸收率(SAR)为4.2W/kg,母鼠平均直肠温度<40℃时,未见微波引起大鼠的胎毒或致畸影响。为进一步阐明2450 MHz(CW)微波对大鼠的胎毒作用,本文选用妊娠第6天大鼠,每天照射2450MHz(CW)微波100分钟,共15天。微波入射功率密度为40mW/cm~2,SAR为6.0W/kg。在大鼠妊娠第21天,处死动物,检查微波对胎仔的影响。
