指出仿真是实现虚拟制造的主要手段。提出建立虚拟制造环境 ,并在此环境下集成各种设计软件、仿真软件和分析工具软件 ,进行不同层次的产品设计、分析和仿真活动 ,以达到虚拟制造的目的。对虚拟制造进行了不同层次的划分 :按功能 ,将虚拟制造分为虚拟产品设计和虚拟产品制造 ;按内容 ,将虚拟产品制造分为制造系统仿真、加工过程仿真和机器人运动仿真。最后 ,提出了解决不同层次仿真之间数据交换的方法
It points out that simulation is the main means to realize virtual manufacturing. In this environment, various design softwares, simulation softwares and analysis tool softwares are integrated, and product design, analysis and simulation activities at different levels are proposed to achieve the purpose of virtual manufacturing. According to the content, the virtual product manufacturing is divided into manufacturing system simulation, machining process simulation and robot movement simulation. Finally, a solution to the data exchange between different levels of simulation is proposed
