力量素质作为发展其他身体素质的基础,对幼儿未来的运动能力和劳动能力有着重要的意义。幼儿园的儿童多为独生子女,这些孩子活动范围小,接触各种与力量有关的活动、锻炼的机会又少,严重影响到幼儿的身体素质和身心健康的发展。而游戏作为幼儿最为喜爱的基本活动,它能够充分的调动幼儿参与锻炼的积极性和主动性,较好地满足幼儿身心各方面的发展需要从幼儿日常生活中常见的游戏活动入手,分别对幼儿上下肢力量素质的培养方法和注意事项进行了全面阐述。
