人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)是一种糖蛋白激素,为机体重要的女性内分泌激素之一。一般认为由胎盘绒毛的滋养层细胞分泌。它的主要生理功能是营养黄体。维持妊娠,促进细胞的生长、分化。测定血中的HCG及其β亚单位的含量在早孕,异位妊娠、流产、绒癌的诊断,治疗方面有着重要意义。本文总结我院三年来收治的30例异位妊娠患者的HCG、HCG-β亚单位测定值,探讨其在临床诊断和治疗中的意义。1 材料与方法
Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) is a glycoprotein hormone that is one of the important female endocrine hormones in the body. It is generally believed that trophoblast cells are secreted by placental villi. Its main physiological function is nutrition luteal. Maintain pregnancy, promote cell growth and differentiation. Determination of blood HCG and its β-subunit content in early pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, abortion, choriocarcinoma diagnosis and treatment is of great significance. This article summarizes the measured values of HCG and HCG-β subunits in 30 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital over the past three years, and discusses its significance in clinical diagnosis and treatment. 1 materials and methods
