[目的]探讨不同强度运动对大鼠胃排空及胃动素(MOT)、促胃液素(GAS)的影响。[方法]Wistar大鼠分成3组:空白对照组、低强度运动组、高强度运动组。各组给予不同强度的运动后,用酚红测定法测定胃排空,放射免疫法检测血清GAS、血浆MOT的水平。[结果]与空白对照组比较,低强度运动组的体重、胃排空率、GAS水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MOT水平升高(P<0.05);高强度运动组体重明显降低(P<0.01),胃排空率、GAS、MOT水平明显下降(P<0.01,<0.05)。[结论]高强度运动对大鼠胃排空有抑制作用,并可使血清GAS和血浆MOT下降。
[Objective] To investigate the effects of exercise with different intensities on gastric emptying and motilin (MOT) and gastrin (GAS) in rats. [Methods] Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups: control group, low-intensity exercise group and high-intensity exercise group. The rats in each group were given different intensities of exercise. The gastric emptying was measured by phenol red assay, and the levels of serum GAS and plasma MOT were detected by radioimmunoassay. [Results] There was no significant difference in body weight, gastric emptying rate and GAS between the low-intensity exercise group and the blank control group (P> 0.05); the MOT level was increased (P <0.05); the body weight of the high-intensity exercise group was significantly (P <0.01). The rate of gastric emptying, GAS and MOT decreased significantly (P <0.01, <0.05). [Conclusion] High-intensity exercise can inhibit gastric emptying in rats and decrease serum GAS and plasma MOT.
