强夯置换法作为一项地基处理技术已得到广泛应用。通常情况下,强夯置换复合地基所采用的置换材料均为散体材料(如碎石、片石等),相比采用干硬性混凝土作为置换材料,散体材料处理后的复合地基承载力提高不大,地基变形也比较大。本次试验以工程实例为依托,采用低强度的干硬性混凝土与碎石桩作为强夯置换材料进行强夯试验,通过现场静载荷试验和动力触探试验表明,干硬性混凝土强夯置换单墩相比碎石桩,不仅可以显著提高地基承载力,也能减小地基变形。
