探讨了采用亚铜离子的氯化物水溶液电积铜的电极过程动力学特征和电解制取光亮铜粉的可行性工艺条件。结果表明,氯化亚铜水溶液电积铜的电极过程为扩散传质步骤所控制而更适合于电解制取铜粉,添加少量含有羰基的有机光亮剂可制得光亮铜粉。
The kinetics of the electrode process using cuprous chloride aqueous solution of copper electrowinning and the feasibility of electrolytic copper powder preparation were discussed. The results show that electrodeposition of copper chloride aqueous solution is controlled by the diffusion mass transfer step and is more suitable for electrolytic copper powder preparation. Adding a small amount of organic brightener containing carbonyl can produce bright copper powder.
