目的:通过测定延龄草中微量元素的含量,发挥延龄草的药用和食用价值。方法:采用干法灰化处理样品,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定延龄草中微量元素的含量。结果:延龄草中9种微量元素含量分别是:Zn 20.00 mg/kg,Fe 95.5 mg/kg,Cu 7.5 mg/kg,Mn 11.75 mg/kg,Cd 0.02 mg/kg,Cr 0.0955 mg/kg,Co 0.0075 mg/kg,Pb 0.01175 mg/kg,Ni 0.07275mg/kg。结论:延龄草中人体必需的微量元素Zn、Fe、Mn的含量较高,有害元素Pb、Cd等的含量很低。
Objective: To determine the medicinal and edible value of Trillium by determining the content of trace elements in Trillium. Methods: The sample was treated by dry ashing and the contents of trace elements in Trillium chinense were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The contents of nine trace elements in Trilliums were: Zn 20.00 mg / kg, Fe 95.5 mg / kg, Cu 7.5 mg / kg, Mn 11.75 mg / kg, Cd 0.02 mg / kg, Cr 0.0955 mg / Co 0.0075 mg / kg, Pb 0.01175 mg / kg, Ni 0.07275 mg / kg. Conclusion: Trilliums essential elements trace elements Zn, Fe, Mn content is higher, the harmful elements Pb, Cd and other content is very low.
