知识经济的到来,给管理创新提出了前所未有的机遇和挑战。知识管理就在这个时代应运而生,并深刻地体现着时代的潮流。所谓知识管理,按照美国德尔福集团创始人卡尔·弗拉保罗的说法,“是指运用集体的智慧提高应变和创新能力,足为企业实现显性知识和隐性知识共享提供的新途径”。简单地讲,知识管理就是以知识为核心的管理,即利用市场手段、现代信息手段等对企业已有的或获取的知识实施管理,促使知识由潜在的生产力变为现实的生产力。知识管理的出发点是把知识视为企业发展的关键资源,把最大限度地掌握和利用知识作为企业竞争和经营管理的重要策略。运用集体智慧提高企业整体的创新能
The arrival of knowledge-based economy has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to management innovation. Knowledge management came into being in this era, and deeply reflects the trend of the times. The so-called knowledge management, according to Karl Fola Paul, founder of Delphi Group, “refers to the use of collective wisdom to improve resilience and innovation, which provides enterprises with a new way to achieve explicit and tacit knowledge sharing.” Simply put, knowledge management is the core of knowledge-based management, that is, the use of market instruments, modern means of information such as business management of existing or acquired knowledge, prompting knowledge from the potential productivity into real productivity. The starting point of knowledge management is to regard knowledge as the key resource for the development of an enterprise and to grasp and utilize the knowledge to the maximum extent as an important strategy for enterprise competition and management. Use collective wisdom to improve the overall innovation of the enterprise
